1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes the entity.
2. The Service
TopicForge provides software that helps users generate SEO-oriented articles and related assets through automated pipelines, including batch jobs, a customer dashboard, HTTP API, MCP integration, and free marketing tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We may offer beta or experimental features without guarantees.
3. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Credits, billing & refunds
- Paid features are sold as prepaid article credits unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Prices are shown before purchase and processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Promotional pricing or codes may change the amount charged.
- Credits are consumed when generation work is debited for your workspace. Failed batch items may receive automatic credit refunds when a job settles, as reflected in your billing history.
- Except where required by law, all sales are final. Purchased credits are non-refundable once issued, including unused credits, except at our sole discretion or where mandatory consumer laws apply.
- Free samples, promotional credits, and trial allowances may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time.
5. Free tools, samples & fair use
Free SEO tools, sample articles, and similar offerings are provided for evaluation and marketing. They may be rate-limited, require reCAPTCHA, and are subject to per-email, per-IP, and global usage caps. You may not attempt to bypass limits, scrape outputs at scale, or use free offerings to replace a paid account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights);
- Submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;
- Generate or distribute spam, malware, or content primarily intended to manipulate search rankings in violation of search engine guidelines or applicable law;
- Reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law;
- Access the Service through unauthorized means, share API keys, or resell access without our written permission;
- Overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or providers;
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as solely human-written where disclosure is required by law or platform policy.
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement or providers as we deem appropriate.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (topics, brand guidance, workspace settings, uploads, and similar inputs). You grant TopicForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that your content and use of the Service do not violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. AI-generated output
Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish or rely on any output. TopicForge does not guarantee ranking outcomes, traffic, revenue, legal compliance, or factual accuracy.
You assume all risk from publishing or distributing output, including SEO, advertising, and regulatory consequences.
9. Our intellectual property
TopicForge and its licensors own the Service, including software, models, workflows, branding, documentation, and site content (excluding your content and output you lawfully obtain through the Service). No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may reference TopicForge in accordance with our brand guidelines if we publish them; otherwise, do not imply endorsement or partnership without permission.
10. API, MCP & developer access
API keys and MCP integrations must be kept confidential. Usage is subject to documented limits, authentication requirements, and these Terms. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access for abuse, non-payment, or operational reasons. Documentation may change; backward compatibility is not guaranteed.
11. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (including Google/Firebase, Stripe, cloud providers, and AI infrastructure). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. TopicForge is not responsible for third-party products, outages, or acts.
12. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, and dispute terms) will survive.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPICFORGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that output will meet your requirements.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPICFORGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR SEO RANKINGS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TOPICFORGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TopicForge and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your content or output you publish; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your negligence or willful misconduct.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
17. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes may be posted on the Service or communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Except for small-claims matters eligible in your local court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
19. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
- Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
